  2.    load old-dcc

  5.    This script is of little use to users of release versions of ircII-EPIC
  6.    3.0 and above.  It is provided for older or non-EPIC clients that are
  7.    not aware of EPIC's DCC REJECT message, sent whenever a DCC connection
  8.    is closed prematurely.
